Join your booster group

If your student's band boosters use MusterSheet, connecting your account lets you see your student's balance and statement, get the season calendar, RSVP to events, and pay fees online. There are two ways in — your booster officers will use one or the other.

First: have an account

You need a free MusterSheet account. If you don't have one yet, see Create your account and pick Parent / Volunteer as your account type.

Way 1: An emailed invitation

The booster treasurer can send you a personal invite link by email.

1. Open the link. You'll see "You're invited to follow [your student]'s account".
2. If you're not signed in, click Sign In to Accept (or Create an Account) — you'll come right back.
3. Click Accept Invitation.

That's it — access is immediate, no approval step. You land on My Students with your student listed.

Way 2: A join code

Boosters often share a short code in newsletters or at band camp.

1. Sign in, then go to My Students (it's on your dashboard) and click Enter a Join Code.
2. Type the code and click Find My Organization. Confirm it found the right group.
3. Pick your student from the Student list and click Request Access.
4. You'll see "Request sent — the treasurer will approve it." Your student shows under Awaiting Approval until the treasurer okays it — you'll get a notification when they do.

Both parents can join

Mom, Dad, grandma — any number of adults can follow the same student. Each person uses their own account and their own invite or join-code request.

After you're connected

My Students becomes your home base: each student card shows their balance at a glance, with buttons to View Statement and Pay Online, plus links to the booster Calendar and reimbursement requests. The next two guides cover those: Calendar, RSVPs & volunteering and Student fees & payments.
