Create your account

You need a free account to use MusterSheet — whether you're a band director, a judge, a vendor, or a parent volunteer. Setting one up takes about two minutes.

Before you start

Have handy:

  • Your email address (this becomes your sign-in and cannot be changed later, so use one you'll keep).
  • A password of at least 8 characters.
  • If you're a band director: your band name, school name, and city and state.

Step by step

  1. Go to mustersheet.com and click Register. (If you see the sign-in page instead, click Don't have an account? Register at the bottom.)
  2. Under Account Type, choose the one that fits you:
    • Band Director — register your band and enter competitions.
    • Judge — hosts will invite you to score competitions.
    • Vendor — apply for booth space and get listed in the vendor directory.
    • Parent / Volunteer — help at events, follow your student's booster account, or serve as a booster officer.
  3. Fill in Full Name, Email, and Password.
  4. If you chose Band Director, a Band & School section appears. Fill in Band Name, School Name, City, and State (the two-letter abbreviation, like TX or AL).
  5. Click Create Account.

That's it — you're signed in and looking at your dashboard.

Prefer to skip the password?

If you use Gmail, you can click Continue with Google instead of filling in the form. Google confirms it's you, then MusterSheet asks one question — which account type you are — and you're done. No password to remember.

Common questions

"This email address is already registered." : Someone (probably you, a while back) already made an account with that email. Go to the sign-in page and click Forgot password? to get back in — see Signing in & passwords.

I'm a director AND I judge sometimes. Do I need two accounts? : No. One account does everything. Hosts can invite the same account to judge, announce, or volunteer at their events.
