Results & your judges packet

When the host publishes scores — usually right after the awards ceremony — two things unlock at once: the public results page, and your band's private judges packet.

The public results page

Every competition has a public results page anyone can see, grouped by class, showing Rank, Band, School, and Rating (I = Superior, II = Excellent, III = Good). Share the link with parents freely.

As a director of a competing band, you get a little more: when you're signed in, a Show: Ratings | Numeric Scores switch appears so you can see the actual numbers. The public sees ratings only (and if a band turned off public scores, only its rating shows).

Your judges packet

The judges packet is your band's full debrief, private to you and your co-directors:

  • Final Score, Class Rank, and Rating.
  • A score breakdown for every judged section, caption by caption, judge by judge.
  • Each judge's written feedback.
  • Each judge's audio commentary — a voice recording made while watching your show, playable right on the page.
  • A Full Competition Rankings table with your band's row highlighted, so you can see exactly where you landed.

Open it

  1. Go to your Dashboard. Competitions with published scores appear under Recently Completed with a Scores Published badge.
  2. Click View Judges Packet.

(You can also reach packets any time from My Competitions — the Open Judges Packet link appears the moment scores are published, so it's there the very night of the show, and stays for every past event.)

Sealed until published

If you open the packet page before the host publishes, you'll see a wax-seal graphic and "Sealed until results are published." Nothing's wrong — the host just hasn't clicked Publish yet. It unlocks automatically the moment they do; there's nothing to request or download.

Festival events

Some events run in festival format: no scores or rankings are published at all. Instead, the judges' written commentary (and audio) is the product — you'll find it in your packet, and the public page simply explains that the event was a festival.
