Contact support

The person closest to the task is usually the quickest first stop:

• For a registration, schedule, refund, judge assignment, or competition-day question, contact the competition host listed on the competition page.
• For a student balance, parent connection, reimbursement, or booster calendar question, contact your booster president or treasurer.
• For a scoring-section or announcer assignment, contact the person who invited you.

Contact MusterSheet at support@mustersheet.com when you cannot sign in, an invitation or account is not working as described, you have a privacy or security concern, or the organization/host cannot solve a product problem.

When you write, include:

• the email address on your account;
• the competition, band, or booster organization name;
• what you were trying to do;
• the exact message you saw; and
• a screenshot if it does not show private student, payment, or password information.

Never email a password, card number, bank-account number, calendar subscription link, or invitation link.
