The live schedule

Every competition has a public schedule page anyone can open on their phone — no account, no app to install.

Getting to it

  • Scan the QR code at the gate with your phone's camera. A welcome page appears ("You're checked in!") — tap Live Schedule.
  • Or open a link shared by the host or your band's director — the schedule page can be passed around freely by text or Facebook.

What you'll see

The Performance Schedule lists every band with its scheduled time and class. As the day unfolds, the page keeps itself up to date — no need to refresh:

  • The band currently on the field is highlighted Now Performing.
  • The next band up shows an On Deck pill.
  • Bands that have finished get a small check mark.
  • Breaks and the awards block appear right in the list, so you know when to grab food.

Announcements from the host — schedule changes, weather notices — appear in a banner at the top of the page as they're posted.

Keep the page open

The schedule updates live while the page is open. If your phone locks or the stadium signal hiccups, just reopen it — it catches itself up within a few seconds. Times can shift during the day (bands scratch, weather happens), so glance at it now and then rather than trusting a screenshot from the morning.

While you're there

  • If the host has shoutouts turned on, you'll see Send a Shoutout at the bottom of the schedule — a personal message read over the PA between performances. See Send a shoutout.
  • If the competition runs Fan Favorite voting, you can vote for your favorite band right from the schedule once they've performed — and change your vote any time until awards begin. See At the stadium.
  • If the host sells admission through a ticketing platform, a Get Tickets button sits at the top of the page, and the host's Weather / Refund Policy appears there too if they've published one.
