Viewing results¶
When the awards ceremony wraps up, the host clicks Publish — and the competition's public results page goes live for everyone.
What's on it¶
Results are grouped by class, smallest bands first. For each band you'll see its rank within its class, its school, and its rating:

If the competition has perpetual trophies — traveling awards with history — you'll also see this year's winner and can expand the list of past winners going back through the years.
Where are the actual scores?¶
The public page shows ratings, not numbers. Numeric scores are visible to the competing bands' directors and competition staff when they sign in. (And a band can choose to keep even more private — in that case only its rating appears.) If you're curious how your student's band scored, ask the director — they receive a full judges packet with every number and comment.
If the page says scores aren't published yet¶
"Scores Not Yet Published" just means the host hasn't clicked the button — typically it happens within minutes after awards. Check back shortly.
"Festival Event" means this competition doesn't publish scores or rankings at all — the bands receive private judge commentary instead of placements. Nothing further will appear publicly.
